Do you enjoy keeping operations on track – supporting customer orders, deliveries, and day-to-day logistics? At ITW Densit, we are looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist to support our daily work with order handling, customer communication, and logistics coordination.

About the position

You will be part of our customer service and logistics activities and contribute to accurate order handling and timely deliveries. The role combines administrative tasks with coordination of logistics activities, including international and project-based shipments.

You will work closely with colleagues in Logistics, Production, Project Management, Sales and Finance. Your key responsibilities would be:

• Customer communication regarding orders, deliveries, and logistics.
• Processing and following up on customer orders in ERP systems.
• Preparation of warehouse, transport and export documentation.
• Booking and coordinating transportation, including overseas shipments.
• Invoicing, credit notes, and commercial invoices.
• Support related to transport agreements and supplier follow-up.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

• Has experience within customer service, logistics or administration.
• Works in a structured and detail-oriented way.
• Is comfortable handling multiple tasks in a busy daily operation.
• Communicates clearly and professionally.
• Is reliable and takes ownership of your tasks.

You communicate confidently in Danish and English, both written and spoken, and are comfortable working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

You are curious and open-minded, with a strong willingness to learn and understand how we work before contributing with improvements. You are comfortable starting in a learning role and gradually taking on more responsibility.
