Insurance Specialist, Life & Health (Implementation)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- End-to-end implementation of benefits within Employee Navigator.
- Partner with our internal sales team to gather required client and plan information.
- Configure benefit plans, eligibility rules, and contribution strategies within the system.
- Build and maintain accurate employee census and enrollment data..
- Manage and support open enrollment setup, testing, and execution within the platform.
- Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure accurate plan setup and timelines.
- Validate data accuracy and resolve discrepancies prior to go-live.
- Provide client support and guidance throughout the implementation process.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for benefit administration system setup and questions.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists in the accomplishment of Insperity Company goals.
- Helps other employees to accomplish Insperity Company goals.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor.
- Participates in the Disaster Recovery plan as required.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- One to four years of related work experience is required.
LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS
- Valid Insurance license for Life and Health Lines is preferred.
