HR Business Partner (all genders) – Part-time
part-time position (20h) as part of our Division Human Resources in Munich as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
Advising managers on all people-related, organizational, and employment law matters
Maintaining a collaborative relationship with employee representatives and supporting works council matters and procedures
Supporting organizational, transformation, and change management initiatives
Managing and implementing individual personnel measures in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Supporting talent management, succession planning, performance management, and employee development processes
Your profile:
Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business, Law, Psychology, or a comparable field of study
Several years of professional experience in a broad HR generalist or HR Business Partner role
Sound knowledge of individual and collective employment law
Experience supporting HR, organizational change and transformation initiatives
Highly organized and service-oriented with strong communication, consulting and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (C1)
