Ihre Aufgabe
Sie erledigen selbstständig die Auftragssachbearbeitung für ein definiertes Gebiet von der Auftragsannahme bis zur Rechnungserstellung, Informationsservice, Datenpflege und Kundenkorrespondenz gehören ebenso dazu
Sie sind zuständig für die Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen sowie die Erstellung von Gutschriften und Nachbelastungen
Sie beraten unsere Kunden zu unseren technischen Produkten und Lösungen
Neben der Unterstützung der Verkaufsorganisation gehören auch marketingunterstützende Tätigkeiten zu Ihren Aufgaben
Als Mitglied des Teams stellen Sie die Servicezeiten und die telefonische Erreichbarkeit für unsere Kunden sicher
Ihr Profil
Sie haben Ihre kaufmännische Berufsausbildung als Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder als Kaufmann für Groß- und Außenhandel (m/w/d) erfolgreich abgeschlossen, oder verfügen über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Sie konnten bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst und in der Auftragssachbearbeitung sammeln
Sie verfügen über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Eine routinierte Anwendung des Microsoft Office Pakets wird vorausgesetzt
SAP-Kenntnisse, Modul SD, sind von Vorteil
Abgerundet wird Ihr Profil durch Kooperationsvermögen, Teamgeist, Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
