About the Role

Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to join our Front Office team. This role is a central part of the Front Office operation, with the primary objective of ensuring guests experience a smooth arrival and departure. The Front Desk Supervisor oversees a given shift at the Front Desk, leads by example, and personally supports day-to-day front desk operations to deliver consistent, guest-centric service aligned with Four Seasons standards.

What You Will Do

  • Supervise a Front Desk shift, directing and supporting team members responsible for guest arrivals, departures, and overall front desk operations.

  • Welcome and register hotel guests, explain accommodations, and establish credit or method of payment.

  • Check guests out of the hotel, preparing and clearly explaining guest bills while resolving discrepancies.

  • Ensure inventory accuracy within the Property Management System (Opera) and take corrective action in the event of variances.

  • Block VIP guests into upgraded room types while allocating the appropriate number of rooms reserved for front desk upgrades that generate revenue.

  • Demonstrate a guest-centric approach by understanding and delivering on guest preferences.

  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and service excellence while working collaboratively with Front Office leadership and other departments.

What You Bring

  • A passion for flawless service and the highest level of integrity and work ethic.

  • At least three years of experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong guest-centric mindset with an understanding of the importance of guest preferences.

  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Schedule & Hours

  • As our hotel is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

  • Front Desk Supervisors must be flexible and available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
