How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

 

Au sein du Marché Entrepreneurs et Professionnels (E&P), vous serez rattaché(e) au Manager Ingénieur Développement.

Votre rôle consiste à apporter une aide méthodologique pour les projets de développement.

Vous êtes responsable de projets ou contributeur dans des programmes liés au développement commercial de l’entreprise.

 

• Contribution à la stratégie de prospection : analyses marché, ventes, par secteur d’activité et par zone géographique.

• Support à la mise en œuvre de la prospection : préparation des fichiers de suivi et d’un mode opératoire associé.

• Support aux Ingénieurs Développement sur la prospection en distanciel : prise de rdv, promotion de nos offres et des atouts de l’entreprise.

• Support aux Ingénieux Développement sur la réalisation de présentation prospect / client.

• Participation active aux réunions transverses (Ingénieurs Développement, Responsable Commerciaux itinérants et sédentaires, managers) de revue business.

• Contribution à des projets ponctuels d’amélioration continue (offres, interfaces avec les équipes industrielles)

• Participation à des projets de communication (campagnes digitales, salons) : organisation des évènements, production des fichiers de contacts, relances post évènement.

• Ecole de commerce ou ingénieur (Cursus Grande Ecole / M2) 

• Curieux, autonome, rigoureux et orienté résultats

• Capacité d’écoute, de communication (prise de parole en public) et de synthèse

• Sens du contact client

• Esprit collaboratif et envie d’apprendre

• Capacité à coordonner différents interlocuteurs, pilotage en transverse

• Intérêt pour l’environnement industriel et technique

• Maîtrise des outils informatiques et digitaux (suite google, microsoft excel, tableaux croisés, connaissance de Power Bi et Salesforce utiles)
