JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the canteen and shuttle daily operations.

• Coordinates with Service providers

• Ensure accurate processing of billings and monitoring of budget.

• Monitor canteen and shuttle providers’ performance by monthly audits.

• In-charge of shuttle manifest filing.

• Conduct Employee Services orientation to newly hired employee/s and Service Providers to ensure adherence to canteen and shuttle policy.

• Acts as the primary contact person of employees for both operations.

• Monitor performance and ensure that all service contracts are delivered as per agreed SLAs.

• Support company employee engagement activities.

• Lead shuttle service marshals and food committee

• In-charge of PR creation and budget monitoring for canteen and shuttle services.

• Maintain office supply inventories and always careful to adhere budgeting practices.

• Under general supervision

• Applies intermediate skills, may adapt new procedures, techniques, tools, etc.

• Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals

• Solves basic problems.

• Adheres to and participates in all EH&S practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience

• Experience handling shuttle/transportation or canteen/food services is an advantage.

• Strong coordination and organizational skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
