This position reports to:
Service Operations Manager__
We are looking for an experienced candidate to join our Service team in Brno for the role of Business Process Owner.
We are seeking a person with strong technical and process-oriented thinking who will connect SAP, service tools, and data into functional end-to-end processes and take responsibility for their long-term development, efficiency, and customer value.
The work model for the role is: onsite
This role is contributing to the ELSE division.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
Design, development, and optimization of end-to-end processes in the areas of Service, Execution, Planning, and Reporting
Translating business requirements into IT solutions (primarily SAP and service-related tools)
Process analysis and improvement with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and customer value
Cross-functional collaboration across business, IT, and key users, including stakeholder leadership
Preparation of requirements for internal and external IT partners
Supporting change implementation and ensuring user adoption
Qualifications for the Role:
Experience in a role at the interface between business and IT, with the ability to translate needs into functional specifications
Advanced knowledge of SAP (ERP / S/4HANA) and experience with processes in a manufacturing, logistics, or ETO organization
Strong technical and analytical mindset, with an understanding of data and data flows
Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement
Ability to independently manage change from design through implementation
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across the organization
Advantage: experience with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)
Fluent communication skills in both Czech and English
