Specialist Product - Nutrition

The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to grow ANI business in the assigned territory
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to market share growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
• Promote clinical nutrition products, clearly communicating their scientific and pharmacoeconomic value
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of internal products, competitors, and market positioning
• Collaborate with distributors and their agents on pharmacy‑focused projects
• Manage hospital public tenders and support bid activities in coordination with the Area Manager
• Accurately report customer visits and ensure proper tracking of product samples
• Operate in full compliance with Abbott policies, procedures, and Code of Business Conduct

Your Profile

• Degree in a scientific discipline (e.g. Biology, Pharmacy) or high‑school diploma with 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in Clinical Nutrition or Healthcare
• Solid understanding of the healthcare landscape, including payers and decision‑making processes
• Knowledge of public tender procedures
• Basic English proficiency
• Good command of standard software tools (e.g. MS Office)
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship‑building skills
