About the role
Children’s GMP is seeking a dedicated, reliable Temporary Administrative Specialist to provide administrative support in the GMP facility at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. This position is limited to a short-term, 3–4 months (up to 1000 hours).
The Children’s GMP supports clinical trials at St. Jude through the manufacture of biological drug products, including viral vectors, monoclonal antibodies, and cellular therapy products.
Responsibilities
Support administrative tasks like organizing, transferring data, and document formatting and editing, tracking and batch production records, etc.
Ensure accurate documentation and data integrity in accordance with GMP standards
Prepare and manage reports related to production records etc.,
Act as a point of contact for routine administrative tasks like ordering office supplies etc.
Perform other duties as assigned to meet the goals and objectives of the department and institution.
Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience or familiarity with GMP operations and quality systems
Knowledge of SOPs, manufacturing batch records, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Experience working with computerized database systems
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma/GED required.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Minimum Experience:
Minimum Experience: 2+ years experience in administration or related field.
Experience Exception: Bachelor's degree and no experience.
Some experience with office technologies, including Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel/ Power point etc.).
Compensation
In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
