Responsibilities
- Managing the entire product lifecycle from definition and planning through production, release, and end of life and collaborating with compliance and P&T teams to ensure completion of risk, readiness, and related governance activities.
- Developing and executing product strategies that align with market demands and drive business growth
- Conducting competitive analysis and market research to inform product development and marketing strategies and analyzing customer needs and feedback to refine product specifications and improve user satisfaction
- Supporting P&T Managers across initiative lifecycle activities by maintaining and cleaning ServiceNow configuration data, driving remediation of security exceptions, and following up on changes to cloud resources.
- Gathering and analyzing data to discern patterns and inform strategic planning decisions
What You Must Have
- Degree or working towards a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical domains preferred, but not required
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Conducting competitive analysis and market research effectively and developing comprehensive product roadmaps and strategies
