  • Support development of underwriting assumptions used in financial models and client deliverables.
  • Build, update, and review Excel-based financial and analytical models.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Regional Operations teams to create comprehensive, client-facing underwriting packages.
  • Support ad hoc research, reporting, and analytical projects for the Multifamily Client Services team.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program (finance, real estate, economics, business, or related field preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling is a plus.
  • High aptitude for learning new technologies, tools, and data platforms.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across teams and communicate findings clearly.
  • Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in real estate following graduation.
