Job Description Summary
In this role, you will handle a range of HR processes and support the HR team throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, Workday data maintenance, reporting and more. You will build end-to-end knowledge of HR operations systems and processes and play a key role in maintaining data accuracy.You will identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvements. Promote “Best in Class” service while developing effective relationships and working cross functionally with internal teams.
Job Description
Responsible for the successful execution of HR and Benefits processes across the employee lifecycle.
Providing high-quality support and guidance to employees, People Leaders, and HR partners.
Collaborate on regional and global HR projects and initiatives.
Drive increased productivity by identifying opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and simplification.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and quality to ensure compliance with relevant legal and GE HealthCare policy requirements
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders through proactive communication.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in related area.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Danish, Norwegian or Swedish.
Prior professional work experience within HR Operations. Ideally within a multinational organization.
Experience working with Workday and query management systems such as Service Cloud and ServiceNow.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the ability to work in a complex and rapidly changing work environment across multiple stakeholder groups, with comfort and efficiency.
