Jouw rol
Als Business Development Executive Apple speel je een sleutelrol in het laten groeien van onze Apple business. Jij zorgt ervoor dat we ons marktaandeel vergroten en kansen optimaal benutten. Dit doe je door actief bezig te zijn met pipeline management, het versterken van klantrelaties en het ondersteunen van onze salesorganisatie met jouw kennis en energie.
Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, schakelt veel met interne teams en klanten en weet precies waar commerciële kansen liggen.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
Samenwerken met de Business Unit en sales teams door het geven van producttrainingen en het delen van markt- en productkennis
Actief bijdragen aan strategieën voor verdere groei van de business
Beheren en uitbouwen van je eigen klantenportefeuille
Opbouwen en onderhouden van een sterke en nauwkeurige sales pipeline in het CRM-systeem
Wekelijks rapporteren over commerciële activiteiten en het opvolgen van promoties en deals
Ondersteunen bij commerciële en marketingplannen
Signaleren van trainingsbehoeften bij klanten en interne teams
Fungeren als escalatiepunt voor klanten en sales op de werkvloer
Proactief communiceren van productinformatie en aanbiedingen richting klanten en collega’s
Jij
Bent klantgericht en hebt ervaring in (telefonische) sales
Hebt hbo werk- en denkniveau
Beheerst Nederlands en Engels uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
Bent proactief, positief en staat stevig in je schoenen
Brengt energie mee en weet anderen te motiveren
Weet interne stakeholders en sales teams te beïnvloeden
Hebt interesse in of affiniteit met IT en (bij voorkeur) security
Kunt gestructureerd werken en salesactiviteiten opbouwen
Hebt ervaring met SAP R3 en Business Warehouse (pré)
Bent vaardig in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
