Job Description:

负责产品医院准入，管理相关市场策略，内容工具开发，市场活动开展，客户维护

a) 开发与产品准入/管理相关的学术交流内容与工具

i. 制定产品准入管理的市场策略规划

ii. 产品在医院准入过程中与医院管理者沟通产品的价值

iii. 解答医院管理者关于产品准入过程中相关问题的内容

iv. 搭建组织医院管理者相关的市场活动，传递产品的理念与价值

v. 与医院管理者建立良好的学术合作关系

b) 带量采购准入策略及落地

i. 中标后格局及优劣势分析

ii. 准入证据及材料准备

iii. 相关专家产品理念及价值的传递

iv. 梳理医院端带量采购产品布局和规划

c) 医院端政策梳理和相关准入布局

i. 各地医院管理政策梳理

ii. 医院端准入渠道梳理和管理

iii. 相关准入能力的赋能

职位要求

1. 综合能力：有数据分析处理能力、具有开拓性和创新性思维、学习能力强；

2. 工作态度：自我要求高，渴望挑战、责任心强，积极、踏实，团队合作精神好；

3. 学历背景：重点院校本科及以上学历。相关专业背景者优先；

4. 工作背景：有医疗行业市场、销售、大客户管理经验；有丰富的医疗器械准入和渠道管理背景优先考虑；
