Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

Work model: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid

  • Drive revenue growth through consultative business development and solutions selling across Heavy Industries sectors (e.g. Metals, Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper), with focus on new business acquisition and business targets.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with engineering teams, technical leaders, and senior executives, understanding their technical and operational challenges and delivering integrated systems solutions.
  • Lead market development and sales planning using advanced CRM and sales platforms, with regular performance monitoring and proactive strategies to achieve new business and revenue targets.
  • Hunt for and capture new market opportunities across assigned segments through proactive prospecting and consultative selling—this role is for true business development hunters, not account farmers.

Qualifications for the Role

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent engineering discipline with strong technical foundation in industrial systems and solutions.
  • Proven success in business development or sales targeting industrial, capital-intensive sectors, with demonstrated ability to hunt new business, build pipelines, and close complex deals.
  • Technical acumen and ability to engage confidently with engineering teams and technical leaders in high-complexity environments.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships across diverse organizational structures and stakeholder groups from plant floor engineers to leadership and influence multi-level decision-making.
  • Consultative selling mindset with track record of identifying customer pain points, developing tailored solutions, and creating competitive advantage through integrated systems thinking.
  • Full driver's license for field visits essential; Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools required.
