Minimum required qualifications
- Experience – at least four years analytical experience with MOS 1N, 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A OR USMC – 0211 - Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Specialist, 0204 CI/HUMINT Officer, 0210 CI/HUMINT Operations Officer, 0231 Intelligence Specialist, 0239 Intelligence Analyst, 0205 Master Analyst OR U.S. Navy – Navy Intelligence Specialist OR USAF – 14NX Intelligence Officer, 1N0XX Operations Intelligence, 1N791 Human Intelligence Specialist, 1N490 Intelligence Fusion Analyst at the tactical and/or operational level OR other equivalent DoD Joint Service or other Service specialty codes PLUS
- Clearance – Current TS/SCI within the last five years OR Open Periodic Reinvestigation (PR) OR enrolled in Continuous Evaluation (CE) with a current CI scope Polygraph – (with minimum one year currency) OR willing to undergo CI scope Polygraph prior to deployment PLUS
Special skills or qualifications (all required)–
- Proficient in utilizing standard computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development
- Possess strong research, analytical, and writing skills
- Be capable of effectively operating as a member of an analytical team from a remote location
- Briefing skills to include the ability to clearly articulate complex information
In addition to the above, the following are Highly Desired qualifications and/or experience that are NOT required:
- Education – Bachelor’s Degree
- Deployed experience in either Afghanistan, Iraq
- Tactical and/or operational level experience
- Experience in either CI/HUMINT, CT and political/military analysis in other AORs
Position Description:
The Combined Joint Task Force Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR) Intelligence Support Services Contract (CISSC) provides multi-faceted Intelligence Support services consisting of, but not limited to: Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), All-Source Intelligence Analysis, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Analysis, Intelligence Requirements Collection Management (RCM), Special Advisors, Planners, Targeting Support, Counterintelligence (CI) Support, Screener Support, Strategic Debriefing Support, Foreign Government Information (FGI) Analysis, Exploitation (DOMEX and MEDEX), Target Focused Analysis and Neutralization (TFAN), Operational Intelligence Knowledge Management (KM), as well as other analytic and target related intelligence support services to assigned military units in support of the overall Intelligence Mission in support of CJTF-OIR staffs and organizations.
What You'll Get to Do:
- Play an intricate role in the development and analysis of potential CI threats, insider threats, and Green on Blue threats
- Directly support our HUMINT and CI operations under CJTF-OIR.
- Develop all-source association matrices on individuals identified in reporting.
- Construct link diagrams.
- Develop Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR)/ Host Nation Information Requirements (HNIR)/IR analysis of reporting.
- Perform general intelligence analysis related to counter-terrorism, HUMINT, Iraq, Syria, Jordan and Southwest Asia regional issues, political/military analysis, and targeting as requested. Log new requirements into tracker.
