As a Qualcomm Sales Enablement Specialist in Barcelona, you’ll act as the key expert connecting product knowledge, sales strategy, and business growth.

Summary
We are seeking a sales-driven professional to act as a dedicated expert and advocate for Qualcomm products within our organization. This role focuses on developing deep product knowledge, enabling internal sales teams, and driving overall growth of Qualcomm-related business.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong expertise in Qualcomm products, solutions, and value propositions
Act as the internal “go-to” specialist and advocate for all Qualcomm offerings
Support and collaborate closely with sales teams to drive product awareness and revenue growth
Deliver training sessions and enablement programs to improve team knowledge and sales effectiveness
Translate technical product features into clear business value for both internal teams and customers
Identify opportunities to expand Qualcomm product adoption across accounts
Provide ongoing feedback from the field to improve positioning and sales strategies
Key Requirements
Are bilingual or proficient in English
Strong product knowledge or ability to quickly build deep technical understanding
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to train, influence, and support sales teams
Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on driving results
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Profile
Experience in inside sales, sales enablement, or product specialist roles
Background in technology, semiconductors, or related industries
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
What’s in it for you
Full-time contract (39h/week) Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00
Salary: 28,500 euros gross/year + up to €6,500 bonus + private medical insurance
