Lead Technical Field Engineer

What success looks like in this role:

• Serves as a Remote Onsite Engineer supporting large, complex clients across the full range of company products and services.

• Performs advanced troubleshooting and remote resolution of storage and endpoint issues, including break/fix support.

• Uses servers to remotely access and manage client endpoints for support, configuration, and issue resolution.

• Provides senior-level remote support for priority client engagements.

• Uses advanced tools and deep technical expertise to resolve complex client problems and guide high-level configuration, deployment, and installation activities for storage and network devices.

• Applies advanced knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems, along with expert-level troubleshooting skills, to resolve critical and escalated issues from team members and/or clients.

• Supports and resolves faults across all user endpoints and attached devices, including issues spanning multiple networks, printers, and applications.

• Drives Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) by identifying opportunities for innovation, process optimization, and automation to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

• Collaborates remotely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of technical solutions.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• NV1/NV2 security clearance is required for this role.

• High School Diploma preferred.

• Relevant technical certifications preferred (e.g., vendor-specific storage/network/endpoint certifications).

• Generally, 5+ years of progressive experience in the area of responsibility, with demonstrated expertise in complex, enterprise-level environments.

• Proven ability to work independently in a remote capacity while managing high-priority client relationships.
