Senior Technical Field Engineer

What success looks like in this role:

Opportunity to provide personnel and technical support to continue the function of Global ICT Logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Tracking of ICT assets, assets, stock requirements, such as consumables, both Low and High Side, both domestic and international

• The management of inventories, invoices, registers.

• The preparation and dispatchment of ICT assets, assets, stock requirements, such as consumables, both domestic and international.

• The application of asset information to ICT asset systems (i.e. asset tags, serial number, bar codes, user persona, processor speed, RAM, system model, Image revision, etc.).

• The monitoring and application of Remedy (Service Management Tool) updates and requests, such as the maintenance of all Configuration Management Database (CMDB) creations, updates and responding to asset related service requests.

• The conduct of initial configuration/imaging of all in-scope OS / devices, iOS devices, android devices and Apple Macs.

• The receipt, monitoring and tracking of the decommissioning of all in-scope OS / devices, iOS devices, android devices and Apple Macs as needed.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• NV1 security clearance is required for this role.

• Forklift license is required.
