About Team
Core Responsibilities:
Build expertise and understanding of E2E Collateral PLR and New Store processes.
Own E2E processes of the assigned tasks and deliver business outcomes and agreed KPIs.
Review and update SOPs.
Handel queries from the field and promptly respond with solutions.
Build partnerships with global counterparts and actively contribute to process improvement discussions.
Enable effective decision making by partnering with the reporting team to help uncover actionable insights.
Ensure that all the related data and metrics are accurately updated in a timely manner.
Training new joiners on tools and processes.
Buddy program to help new joiners with their OJT and set them up for success.
Enhance business context through training, global meetings and category insights.
Years of Experience:
2 to 4 years of Experience
2 + Years of Experience in Merchandising Operations or Equivalent in retail.

Skill Set Required
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience working across cross functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
Project management concepts savvy.
Deep understanding of non-retail items and its lifecycle.
Experience with project management tools such as Workfront.
Intermediate excel.
Omni Channel retail experience.
Secondary Skills (desired)
Intermediate Excel, SQL knowledge is preferred.
