We’re currently in search of a fast-learning, highly creative Pastry Chef to lead (and inspire) the pastry team at all levels from production to exquisite presentation. Plus, you'll excel at mentoring your team through leading by example and a hands-on approach to ultimately create a synergy that will inevitably enhance the department and guest experience.

About you...

Passionate about desserts and a minimum of 5 years of similar work experience.
A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
An expert in pastry production, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
