About the Role

We’re looking for an Intermediate Digital Designer to join our Marketing team and help bring the Unbounce brand to life across digital channels. You’ll work across both the Unbounce and Insightly brands, which are part of Unbounce’s Growth to Market Solutions portfolio, designing engaging visual assets that support marketing campaigns, product launches, and key brand initiatives.

You’ll collaborate closely with marketers, writers, and product partners to produce high-quality creative across web, social media, landing pages, video, and paid campaigns. This role also includes supporting the Product team with visual assets when needed to ensure consistency between our marketing presence and the product experience.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and brand consistency. This role reports to the Art Director and works closely with them to evolve and apply the Unbounce visual brand across marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design digital assets for marketing campaigns, social media, email, paid media, landing pages, and web leveraging AI when applicable.
  • Design and optimize landing pages and web experiences aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and conversion goals.
  • Collaborate with developers on web projects, including design handoff and basic QA to ensure designs are implemented correctly before launch.
  • Produce motion graphics and edited video content for marketing initiatives and brand storytelling.
  • Collaborate with marketers, writers, and cross-functional partners to translate campaign ideas into compelling visuals.
  • Partner with the Product team to support visual assets when needed, helping maintain consistency between marketing and product experiences.
  • Maintain and apply brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
  • Adapt creative assets across different formats, sizes, and channels.
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming and campaign ideation with the marketing team.
  • Explore and implement AI-assisted tools and workflows to enhance creative production and efficiency.
  • Stay up to date with AI, digital design, motion, and marketing trends.

A Little Bit About You

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in digital design, ideally within marketing or SaaS environments.
  • You’re comfortable creating assets across multiple digital formats, including social media, paid ads, landing pages, web and campaign visuals.
  • You feel comfortable applying UI and UX principles when designing landing pages and website experiences, with an understanding of structure, hierarchy, and conversion-focused design.
