Responsibilities and Tasks

• Establish and improve process conditions and technology.
• Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
• Establish and modify process management projects.
• Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
• Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.
• Abnormal analysis and improvement.

• Proven experience in semiconductor process engineering.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to successfully implement process improvements and cost reduction strategies

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a diverse team
