Internship - Lab management

This internship focuses on laboratory activities management and equipment tracking within an electronics and embedded systems environment.

The intern will support the organization and day-to-day management of lab resources, including development boards and associated equipment, using an existing tracking tool.

Main activities include:

• Supporting the inventory and registration of development boards and lab equipment in a tracking system
• Connecting to and using an existing tracking tool (e.g., ticketing or asset management system) to manage entries
• Creating and updating records for boards and equipment (status, location, allocation, availability)
• Monitoring board allocation across team members and projects
• Ensuring proper labeling, traceability, and consistency of inventory data
• Identifying gaps or inconsistencies in tracking and suggesting improvements

The internship provides hands-on exposure to lab operations, resource management, and engineering workflows, with interaction between hardware usage and digital tracking systems
