You will support our team in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of process automations and data-driven analyses. Your responsibilities will include:

Contributing to the development and implementation of process automations (e.g. using Power Automate, Power BI) to increase the efficiency of internal workflows
Supporting the preparation and analysis of data within subsidy programs, in particular the identification and documentation of activities
Assisting in the creation and maintenance of automated verification and compliance processes in accordance with internal and external guidelines
Preparing data-driven reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and relevant stakeholders
Supporting day-to-day operational and organizational tasks within program management

Your Profile

Currently enrolled student in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field
Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
Confident in working with MS Office; experience with Power BI and/or Power Automate is an advantage
Strong analytical mindset and a structured, independent working style
Interest in the intersection of technical processes, data analysis, and business topics
