Ihre Aufgaben: 

• Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Finanzanalysen mit Schwerpunkt auf Cashflows, Liquidität und finanziellen Risiken sowie Aufbereitung der Ergebnisse für Entscheidungszwecke. 

• Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung und Pflege von Reporting-Tools und -Strukturen im Treasury-Bereich. 

• Unterstützung bei der Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Treasury-Projekten, insbesondere im Bereich Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung. 

• Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Treasury-Prozesse sowie Mitwirkung bei der Implementierung neuer Workflows und Systeme. 

• Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen (z. B. EMIR, Dodd-Frank, AWV) im Rahmen von Reporting- und Analyseprozessen. 

• Mitarbeit bei Audits und aufsichtsrechtlichen Prüfungen mit Fokus auf Datenaufbereitung und Dokumentation. 

Ihr Profil: 

• Laufendes Studium, idealerweise im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder ähnliches mit Fokus auf Finanzen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Digitalisierung 

• Möglicherweise im Rahmen eines Gap Years  

• Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift 

• Erste Berufserfahrung in relevanten Bereichen wünschenswert 

• Grundkenntnisse in SAP von Vorteil 

• Ausgeprägte MS Office Kenntnisse  

• Eigenverantwortliche, sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise  

• Bemerkenswerter Leistungswille und Motivation 

• Ausgesprochene Kommunikations- und Kontaktfähigkeit  

• Hohes Maß an Analyse- und Problemlösefähigkeit  

• Außerordentliche Auffassungsaufgabe

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting financial analyses with a focus on cash flows, liquidity, and financial risks, and prepare the results for decision-making purposes.
• Contribute to the further development and maintenance of reporting tools and structures in the treasury department.
• Assist in the planning, management, and implementation of treasury projects, particularly in the areas of process optimization and digitalization.
• Analyzing and optimizing existing treasury processes, as well as assisting with the implementation of new workflows and systems.
• Supporting compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., EMIR, Dodd-Frank, AWV) within the framework of reporting and analysis processes.
• Assisting with audits and regulatory reviews, with a focus on data preparation and documentation.

Your Profile:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program, ideally in business administration or a related field with a focus on finance, business informatics, or digitalization
• Possibly as part of a gap year 
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Initial professional experience in relevant areas is desirable
• Basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Strong MS Office skills 
• Ability to work independently and take initiative 
• Remarkable drive and motivation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Exceptional ability to grasp new concepts
