About the role
Are you passionate about print media and eager to build your expertise in magazines, newspapers, and branded content? Do you enjoy working with on planning, and organization, while collaborating closely with creative teams? Then we are looking for you.
As a Junior Print Media Specialist, you will support the planning, buying, and evaluation of print campaigns, with a strong focus on the Dutch media landscape. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, including publishers and branded content teams, to deliver impactful and high-quality campaigns.
You will be part of dentsu Benelux, where we provide independent and strategic media advice to leading brands, helping them navigate and unlock the full potential of the print ecosystem.
What you will do
You will join a collaborative team of media specialists and work closely with branded content experts and publishers to bring campaigns to life.
Your responsibilities include:
- Act as a key contact for print sales houses and publishers;
- Request and compare proposals;
- Assist in developing print recommendations;
- Support media planning, buying, and campaign administration;
- Maintain client overviews and campaign schedules;
- Monitor deadlines and ensure smooth execution of campaigns;
- Contribute to reporting and campaign evaluations;
- Stay up to date with the Dutch print media landscape (magazines & newspapers).
What we are looking for
- 0–2 years of experience (or a motivated starter) in marketing, media, or communications;
- Strong interest in print media, especially magazines and newspapers in the Netherlands;
- Affinity with branded content and storytelling formats is a plus;
- Well-organized, accurate, and able to manage multiple tasks;
- Strong communication skills;
- Analytical and structured way of working;
- Fluent in Dutch (essential), with good working knowledge of English and/or French;
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
