JOB DESCRIPTION:
Commercial Excellence Senior Manager– Rungis
What you’ll do:
- Lead the affiliate 5‑Year Commercial Strategic Planning cycle, aligned with Global ADC strategy and EMEAP priorities
- Own and drive the Monthly Commercial Review & Decision (CRD) process, ensuring robust insights and governance‑compliant decisions
- Act as a strategic advisor to the General Manager, translating priorities into executable initiatives
- Partner with Finance to deliver patient‑based models, forecasts, and financial projections
- Turn market data, competitive intelligence, and sales performance into actionable insights
- Ensure transparency, traceability, and audit readiness of all commercial assumptions
- Define and continuously improve the affiliate KPI and performance management framework
- Drive adoption of Abbott‑standard SFE tools and methodologies
- Lead and develop a team of SFE and data specialists
- Oversee end‑to‑end product lifecycle management (launch to end‑of‑life)
- Coordinate omnichannel and customer‑centric initiatives
- Govern commercial IT and digital deployments in line with IT, data privacy, and cybersecurity standards
- Define and oversee the affiliate training strategy and annual plans
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Compliance, and Learning governance
- Lead Training, Patient Centric, and IT teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Serve as a member of the ADC France Leadership Team
- Champion Abbott values: Patient‑First, One Abbott, Do the Right Thing
- Ensure full adherence to Abbott Code of Business Conduct and Operating Procedures
What you bring
- University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience in Commercial Excellence, SFE, or Commercial Analytics
- Experience in healthcare (pharma, diagnostics, medical devices), ideally in an international matrix
- Strong strategic, analytical, and people‑leadership capabilities
- Fluent in French and English
