Position Description:

The Senior Product Delivery Lead brings depth and breadth to the role. You own complex backlogs across multiple workstreams, lead discovery for large features, coordinate cross-team dependencies, and mentor junior PDLs. You operate with broad autonomy, navigate ambiguity with confidence, influence senior stakeholders, and actively contribute to elevating the entire PDL team’s delivery standards.

Remotely based in the US within the following cities: Syracuse, NY, New Hartford, NY, Philadelphia, PA, Austin, TX, Chicago, IL, or Minneapolis, MN

Sr. Manager of Agile Delivery

What We’re Looking For:

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or product delivery role.

• Proven experience managing complex backlogs across multiple workstreams or teams.

• Strong command of Agile/Scrum principles with demonstrated delivery outcomes.

• Experience facilitating discovery and requirements sessions with senior stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to mentor and elevate junior team members.

• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, or equivalent delivery tooling.

Additional skills:

• CSPO, SAFe POPM, or PMI-PBA certification.

• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale).

• Experience in retail technology, POS systems, or fuel/convenience industry.

• Familiarity with product analytics and data-driven prioritization.
