A Day in the Life

As an Intern in Integrated Health Solutions (IHS), you will contribute to impactful healthcare projects by supporting data collection and analysis. IHS partners with hospitals globally to improve clinical, operational, and financial outcomes through data-driven insights. In this role, you will help identify improvement opportunities, enhance patient care, and support hospital performance. Working closely with consultants and stakeholders, you will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Internship Details:
•    Start date: July 2026
•    Location: Athens, Greece
•    Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of extension)
•    Working hours: 20 hours per week (with flexibility during exam periods and holidays)
•    Work model: Hybrid 

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
•    Collect and analyse data within patient pathways in clinical settings
•    Support initiatives to improve the efficiency of resource and facility utilization
•    Develop data-driven insights to enhance clinical, operational, and financial outcomes
•    Translate complex data into clear, structured presentations for clinical staff and leadership
•    Assist project teams with data processing and reporting activities

Required Knowledge and Skills:
•    Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
•    Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken)
•    Strong quantitative and analytical skills 
•    High attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets 
•    Curious and proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach 

Would be a plus:
•    Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly 
•    Collaborative and adaptable team player

Pay range: 1000€ - 1800€ gross monthly (depending on qualifications)

 

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
