Key responsibilities

1. 负责抖音原生内容团队0→1搭建与规模化产出，制定内容策略、选题方向、爆款逻辑，为账号增长、短视频引流、直播间流量负责。

2. 统筹编导、拍摄、剪辑、AI热点分析全流程，把控视频质量、发布节奏、算法优化与数据效果。

3. 挖掘热点趋势与用户需求，打造高完播、高互动、高引流的短视频，支撑直播流量与账号冷启动。

4. 建立内容复盘与迭代机制，提升内容产出效率与爆款率。

5. 协同直播团队，实现内容—直播一体化，提升流量精准度与转化效率。

Qualifications and skills

1. 大专及以上学历，3年以上抖音内容团队管理经验，具备0→1搭建内容团队、从冷启动到规模化产出爆款的成功案例，有抖音电商内容经验优先。

2. 深度精通抖音算法、内容趋势、爆款逻辑、用户心理；熟练掌握短视频全链路（创意、脚本、拍摄、剪辑、投放、复盘），能持续打造高引流内容。

3. 优秀的内容策略制定、团队管理、流程优化、效率提升能力；能够统筹编导、拍摄、剪辑、AI数据分析模块，落地高质量内容产出。

4. 高创意、市场趋势敏感度极强；审美在线、细节严谨；结果导向、执行力强、抗压性高，具备良好跨部门协同与敏捷应变能力。4. 反应快速、高韧性、实时敏捷；数据驱动、结果导向；抗压能力强，可适配直播高强度节奏。
