About the role
Project Team Lead
The Project Team Lead will be responsible to ensure smooth execution of projects by coordinating with internal teams and delivering customer orders on time with quality and efficiency, while closely working with Planning, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, and Global PM teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead projects from initiation to closure
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Review drawings, specifications, and project documents
Ensure timely release of drawings and production orders
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, Logistics, Engineering, and Planning teams
Plan and monitor project schedules, materials, and capacity
Track raw material requirements and inventory availability
Identify critical tasks and monitor project progress
Conduct project kick-off and closure meetings
Manage risks and resolve project-related issues
Monitor budgets, costs, and financial performance of projects
Prepare manufacturing schedules and track daily progress
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders on project status
Track import consignments related to projects
Conduct periodic project review meetings (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
Prepare monthly reports and dashboards (KPIs, OTD, margins, etc.)
Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and company policies
Experience & Qualifications
8–15 years in project management within manufacturing industry
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering
Strong understanding of engineering drawings
Knowledge of fabrication, machining, welding processes
Familiarity with ERP systems (LN Cloud preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD
Experience with Power BI / Excel dashboards (preferred)
Understanding of ISO standards (9001/14001/45001)
Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
Problem-solving and decision-making, team collaboration
Commitment to safety and company values

On-Time Delivery (OTD) > 90%
Project budget accuracy
Project cost monitoring and control
