Position Overview

The Director – Health Large Market is responsible for leading strategic client relationships and delivering health and benefits solutions for large-market clients. This role drives growth, ensures client satisfaction, and oversees delivery excellence while managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage relationships with large-market health clients
• Drive revenue growth and account expansion
• Oversee implementation and delivery of health & benefits programs
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and consulting teams
• Ensure service quality, compliance, and client satisfaction
• Manage and mentor high-performing teams
• Develop strategic account plans and business reviews

Leadership & Strategy

• Define and execute account strategies aligned with business goals
• Build long-term partnerships with client executives
• Identify opportunities for innovation and digital transformation
• Contribute to organizational strategy and market positioning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10–15+ years of experience in health benefits, consulting, or related domains
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record of managing large enterprise clients
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
