Position Summary
This role owns measurement for the Service Ops Plan Sponsor Services COE Automation and AI Enablement team portfolio—defining and tracking KPIs, evaluating the performance of automation efforts, and reporting ROI.

Key responsibilities

  • Define, operationalize, and maintain KPIs for automation and AI enablement initiatives (value, adoption, quality, speed, reliability)
  • Establish baselines and measurement plans for new automations to ensure performance is comparable over time
  • Evaluate automation performance by tracking outcomes vs targets, identifying variance drivers, and surfacing improvement opportunities
  • Quantify and report ROI (e.g., cost savings, capacity release, cycle-time reduction, error reduction) with clear assumptions and traceable logic
  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting for operational and leadership audiences; ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, and easy to consume
  • Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses, clear recommendations, and decision-ready narratives
  • Partner with Service Ops, automation/AI builders, and enterprise data teams to source data, validate definitions, and improve data quality
  • Document metric definitions, calculation logic, and refresh cadences to improve consistency and auditability
  • Support pilots/experiments by defining success measures, tracking results, and turning learnings into scalable measurement approaches

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, or equivalent experience
  • Strong data wrangling skills; comfort working with large, potentially messy datasets across multiple teams and functions
  • Hands-on dashboarding and reporting experience
  • Demonstrated experience defining KPIs and building ROI/performance measurement that stands up with senior stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present insights to non-technical audiences
  • Strong attention to detail in definitions, documentation, and repeatable reporting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience measuring automation (RPA/workflow) and/or AI initiatives, including ROI methodology and benefits tracking
  • Service operations or enablement analytics experience
