About JLL Property Services Real Estate Graduate Trainee (Commercial Leasing)

What this job involves

You will be part of an exciting journey to build a solid foundation for yourself as a real estate professional.

• Work with colleagues on transactions and be able to work independently as well as being part of a team
• Responsible for the leasing of office space to prospective tenants either on behalf of Landlords or Tenants (working with colleagues and working alone)
• Formulating and assist in marketing strategies and leasing plans of Landlord leasing projects and / or of Tenants looking for office space
• Plan, implement and monitor the execution of marketing relating activities of appointed office buildings (working with colleagues and working alone)
• Assist and lead the leasing process of office buildings from finding prospects, identifying prospective Clients, negotiating commercial terms on behalf of Clients, securing the tenancy and finalizing the tenancy documents
• Assist and lead the leasing process for Tenants, from finding prospective Clients, identifying prospective office space, negotiating commercial terms on behalf of Clients, securing the tenancy and finalizing the tenancy documents

You are a fresh graduate, or with less than 2 years of working experience, with a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Logistics & Industrial, Finance, Marketing or Business related studies. Friends describe you as a well-rounded individual who is passionate in real estate and well versed in industry trends. You see yourself as an excellent communicator with a team player mind-set.

Someone high in integrity, open, highly adaptable and possess a positive learning attitude, you are confident in yourself and driven in your work with a hunger to succeed.
