Position Summary
The Vice President, In-Home Evaluation (IHE) Operations, Signify Health leads enterprise supply–demand strategy and execution across all lines of business. This role owns Capacity Management, Forecasting, Client Production Management (National Production) and the Regional Operating Model (GeoMode), ensuring alignment between demand planning, clinician network strategy, production execution, and market deployment.
This leader is accountable for delivering operational performance, workforce optimization, and scalable network capacity to support growth and completion goals. The role requires strong operational and financial leadership, advanced analytical capability, and the ability to drive alignment across a complex, matrixed organization.
The VP partners closely with Product, Clinical, Engineering, Finance, HR, Legal, and executive leadership to enable growth, improve forecasting precision, and drive consistent, high-quality market execution.
Primary Responsibilities
Own enterprise supply–demand strategy and execution, including forecasting, capacity planning, national production, and GeoMode deployment.
Lead large, distributed teams accountable for forecasting accuracy, clinician network capacity, production performance, and market execution.
Establish and scale enterprise forecasting and capacity frameworks, including demand planning, scenario modeling, and clinician network allocation.
Drive national production strategy and execution to deliver completion targets, clinician network productivity, and operational efficiency.
Define and implement market-level deployment models to optimize clinician network distribution, capacity balance, and performance across geographies.
Build and govern performance management frameworks, including KPIs for forecasting accuracy, capacity attainment, production, utilization, and market health.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to advance forecasting tools, operational workflows, and decision support capabilities.
Act as a senior client-facing leader, aligning supply–demand strategies with health plan and enterprise stakeholder growth and performance objectives.
Lead cross-functional execution with Operations, Recruiting, Clinical, HR, Finance, Analytics, and Legal to ensure alignment to enterprise priorities.
Identify and resolve capacity constraints, forecasting variability, and operational risks through data-driven insights and execution.
Lead executive-level operating reviews and planning forums, providing clear visibility into performance, risks, and forward outlook.
Drive transformation and scaling initiatives to improve forecasting precision, operational agility, and network performance.
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in healthcare operations, including workforce strategy, forecasting, capacity planning, or production management.
Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale operations and delivering measurable improvements in performance, capacity, and efficiency.
Experience leading large, dispersed teams across multiple functions and markets.
Strong analytical and financial acumen, with expertise in forecasting, modeling, and performance management.
Demonstrated ability to operate at both enterprise and market level, translating strategy into execution.
Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead in a highly matrixed environment.
Deep expertise in workforce optimization, supply–demand balancing, and healthcare operational performance drivers.
Experience leading transformation and scaling initiatives in complex healthcare organizations.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
