What you will do
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business requirements that support new opportunity development.
- Analyse end-to-end business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies, risks, and measurable optimisation opportunities.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications to enable effective solution design and delivery.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret structured and unstructured data to uncover trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop clear, data-driven insights and customer narratives that support targeting, prioritisation, and decision-making.
- Support opportunity assessment by identifying process gaps and value-creation levers within prospective customer environments.
- Collaborate with leadership to prioritise initiatives and contribute to early-stage solution and business case development.
- Support solution design, testing, implementation, and outcome monitoring to drive continuous improvement.
What you will need
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a closely related role.
- Minimum 4 years of experience using data to generate insights and support business or operational decision-making.
- Minimum 4 years of experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience using data analysis or visualisation tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting process improvement, optimisation, or system-related initiatives.
- Exposure to requirements documentation, solution design, or delivery activities.
Role: Hybrid, 23 Month Fixed Term Contract
