Senior Product Designer (Fully Remote)

 

PadSplit is hiring a Senior Product Designer to accelerate growth on the supply side of our two-sided marketplace. This role will shape how property owners discover PadSplit, understand our value, and seamlessly onboard their homes so they can start earning quickly and confidently. You’ll play a central part in designing a frictionless, human, and scalable host experience.

You thrive in complex systems, move fluidly between big-picture architecture and pixel-level detail, and can clearly tie design decisions to business outcomes.
