SUPERVISOR DE DESARROLLO Y CAPACITACIÓN
Objetivo del puesto:
Planifica, coordina y evalúa los programas de formación del personal, asegurando que adquieran las competencias técnicas y habilidades necesarias. Su objetivo es mejorar la eficiencia operativa, fomentar una cultura de aprendizaje continuo y asegurar que el talento interno alcance su máximo potencial.
Formación académica:
- Lic. en Gestión de Capital Humano, Ing. Industrial o carrera afín
Principales funciones y responsabilidades:
- Detección de Necesidades de Capacitación (DNC): Identificar brechas de habilidades y evaluar las necesidades de formación actuales y futuras de la empresa.
- Diseño e Implementación: Crear, organizar y coordinar planes de capacitación, incluyendo formación técnica, habilidades blandas, inducción y, a menudo, e-learning.
- Evaluación del Impacto: Medir la efectividad de los programas de capacitación y el retorno de inversión, recogiendo feedback para mejorar continuamente.
- Desarrollo de Talento: Fomentar el crecimiento profesional de los empleados a través de mentorías, planes de carrera y seguimiento del desempeño.
- Gestión Operativa: Supervisar la logística de los cursos (materiales, instructores, equipos) y asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad.
- Gestión de Mapeo y Calibración de Talento
- Gestión de Procesos de Clima Organizacional (encuesta de satisfacción y planes de acción)
- Planear y ejecutar el programa de sustentabilidad
- Detonar evaluaciones de desempeño anuales
- Organizar Junta de Comunicación mensual
Experiencia:
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en puesto similar
- Manejo de Excel, Word y Powerpoint
- Inglés avanzado (indispensable)
Perfil y habilidades clave:
- Liderazgo y comunicación: Capacidad para motivar al personal y transmitir conocimientos efectivamente.
- Planificación estratégica: Alineación de la capacitación con los objetivos comerciales.
- Conocimiento en metodologías de aprendizaje: Experiencia en diversas formas de capacitación (presencial, virtual, on-the-job).
