VML MAP is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Digital Campaign Specialist to join our growing Marketing Operations team in Toronto! As a Campaign Specialist, you will play a crucial role in implementing and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns for our clients, using leading CRM platforms. Please note, this opportunity is a hybrid role based out of our offices in Toronto (Queens Quay and Lower Jarvis) consisting of 4 days in office and 1 day remote.
What will your day look like?
As a key member of the Marketing Operations team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver impactful campaigns that drive results.
More specifically, your tasks will include:
- Implementing cross-channel marketing campaigns using leading CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Managing workflows and segmentation implementation within the CRM.
- Investigating and resolving campaign errors.
- Providing input on campaign metrics and performance.
- Participating in daily and weekly meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in deliverables and alignment on project goals.

What will you bring to the table?
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Campaign Specialist with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and experience with CRM platforms. You should be a self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly is essential.
In addition, you have:
- Knowledge of segmentation, implementation and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Postsecondary education in Marketing, Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, or digital communication is a plus.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset; always seeking opportunities to technically optimize, automate, and help with developing MarTech solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign is a significant asset. Completed certification (or interest in obtaining certification) in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or Adobe Campaign is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
