We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Lead to support a large‑scale, multi‑site deployment of the Oracle Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. In this role, you will oversee operational support across all phases of implementation—pre‑deployment, go‑live, and post‑deployment optimization—ensuring that activities are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with project objectives. This position requires a proactive leader skilled at navigating complex environments, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and driving workstreams forward with clarity and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage operational support for a multi‑site Oracle EHR deployment, ensuring coordination and alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned workstream, fostering collaboration among technical teams, clinical stakeholders, site leadership, and senior management.
• Plan, execute, and monitor workstream activities from initiation through optimization, addressing risks, issues, and interdependencies.
• Communicate routinely with key stakeholders to provide updates, identify challenges, and maintain momentum on deliverables.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships across client, vendor, and internal teams to support seamless deployment execution.
• Develop a deep understanding of the client’s practices, policies, and workflows to successfully carry out all responsibilities.
• Prepare deliverables including data analyses, slide decks, written materials, and other documentation to inform decision-making.
• Document and escalate patient safety concerns through established channels to ensure timely resolution.
• Support and coordinate triage activities, including incident management workflows, issue forums, and deployment events.

Required Experience:
• US Citizenship
• Prior project management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Healthcare IT or EHR system deployments, especially Oracle EHR
• Demonstrated subject-matter expertise within relevant workstream domains
• Experience working with client organizations, veteran communities, and/or military culture
• Familiarity with clinical operations and workflows
