A
As an International Payroll Specialist Intern you will join a highly committed international team in a fast growing environment.
During your internship, you’ll get to work as part of the Payroll team and assist them throughout their day-to-day tasks and projects. There is a number of projects you could start and really be responsible for from beginning to end.
At this internship you will gain valuable experience by performing a variety of activities within the Payroll Function, such as:
Coordination and audit of country specific payroll outputs
Attend to payroll specific queries of employees and other internal stakeholders
Support payroll team in driving country and regional payroll initiatives by providing payroll data analysis
Support our Finance team with month-end close and reporting activities
Provide payroll feedback and data to support ongoing HR projects
Support compliance with statutory regulations and company guidelines
What You Will Need to Succeed
We are looking for a student with an academic focus in Finance and/or Human Resources, with good communication skills, affinity to working with large data sets, and the ability to multitask.
Being open, organized and pro-active will help you in your day to day activities.
Fluency in English is required as our company’s environment is quite international.
Resourcefulness in devising ways to make assigned tasks more time efficient and improve current process is welcomed

We offer you an allowance of 650 euros per month, a fair share of responsibilities, and the opportunity to be part of a great international team.
Some practical aspects
You need to be enrolled as a student towards the attaining of a degree to be eligible for this internship and to secure university approval to start the assignment. If you are not an European national, you will also need to provide an approved Nuffic agreement
You are available to start in August or the start of September and can work with us for 6 months full-time (40 hours a week)
Our office is located in Hoofddorp, next to the train station (25 minutes from Amsterdam by train). This is a hybrid position that will enable you to both work from home and in the office in alignment with your manager.
