Job Description Summary

The Senior Analyst, Data Science supports the Organic Growth Team by building predictive models and delivering data-driven insights to improve lead generation, opportunity qualification, and sales strategy across APAC. The role collaborates with sales teams and stakeholders to develop analytics solutions, dashboards, and automation, while also sharing insights with global teams.

About the Role:

  • Predictive Modeling: Develop and implement predictive models (win prediction, transaction forecasting, and other strategic predictors) to inform sales strategies and business decisions.
  • Advanced Data Analysis: Analyze internal and external datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights that drive strategic growth.
  • Analytics Solution Development: Design, build, and maintain analytics products using tools such as Python, R, SQL, or Power BI.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders including Sales & Pursuits Team Members, Data Analysts, and Data Architecture teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
  • Project Management: Participate in project management activities including scoping and estimation, delivery and progress reporting and ensure timely execution aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Team Mentorship: Play a role in mentoring junior data analysts and data scientists, reviewing their work, providing feedback and supporting their development
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly conduct research on best practice methodologies and refine our methodologies and data processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and usability.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, analytics methodologies, and insights, regularly sharing best practices within the team.

About You:

  • Strong proficiency in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques
  • Advanced proficiency in analytical tools and programming languages (Python, R, SQL, Power BI)
  • Deep understanding of data modeling and statistical methods
  • Familiarity with both unstructured and structured data sources, especially cloud services and platforms (Azure, AWS) and exposure to big data technologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in an agile environment
  • Proactive and innovative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Approximately 4-7 years relevant experience in data science, predictive modeling, or related analytics fields
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
