Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acts as the division’s liaison with the IS Department.
  • Assists all Finance staff by developing and generating requested reports.
  • Assists in the development, implementation, education, evaluation, maintenance and coordination of Finance systems.
  • Conducts, completes and analyzes all data for the Finance Division.
  • Demonstrates ability to collect, analyze and present data as appropriate to position.
  • Is courteous and attentive to patients, physicians, visitors, employees and any other individuals with whom they may come in contact.
  • Maintains and projects Methodist Hospital and the Finance Division’s professional reputation.
  • Provides technical IS support to the Finance Division.
  • Receives visitors and telephone calls courteously and promptly with special attention to ensure good customer service.
  • Respond appropriately to requests and concerns from users or others affected by the system.
  • Serves as a “Super User” for Finance Division.
  • Supports Finance Division personnel as needed to perform miscellaneous functions and special projects as assigned.
  • Tests and verifies usability of system enhancement as needed.

Pay Transparency

The annual Salary range for this position is $68,640.00 - $112,370.00. When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California Arcadia Hospital considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, State, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations.

POSITION SUMMARY

Provides technical support for Finance systems. Will be the Finance liaison with Information Systems. Assist Finance users to develop and generate reports and assist with efficient installation of new software programs for all Finance applications.
