U.S. Bank Payments: Consumer and Small Business (PCS) is seeking an experienced Email Campaign Manager to lead the development, execution, and optimization of email programs and campaigns. This role supports bank, partner, and white-label branded initiatives and is responsible for campaign execution, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and identifying process efficiencies to improve delivery and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of consolidated and ad-hoc email campaigns from concept through launch.
  • Partner with Strategy and Creative teams to align business objectives, creative direction, and campaign goals.
  • Manage creative-to-data mapping and ensure all required assets are delivered to the email development team.
  • Conduct email preview and quality assurance reviews, gather stakeholder feedback, and communicate revisions clearly to the development team.
  • Review audit outputs, collect required approvals, and manage workflow processes to ensure campaign readiness and compliance.
  • Ensure campaigns adhere to industry best practices while meeting timelines and key milestones.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on email best practices, campaign execution, and performance optimization.
  • Analyze campaign results and recommend optimizations to improve future performance.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Required Experience

  • Strong project and channel management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of email marketing fundamentals, including audience targeting, messaging, creative execution, subject lines, testing, CAN-SPAM compliance, deliverability, and performance measurement.
  • Hands-on experience working with dynamic, data-driven email templates.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Five or more years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Basic to intermediate HTML knowledge.
  • Experience in financial services or a related industry.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $92,820.00 - $109,200.00
