About the role
Reporting to the Director Supply Planning, you will own integrated supply and material planning for assigned portfolios across mid‑ to long‑term planning horizons. You will balance production and network supply planning with material purchasing execution to support service, cost, and working capital objectives across internal manufacturing and co‑manufacturing partners.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
Own mid‑ to long‑term supply planning for assigned portfolios by translating demand plans into feasible production and deployment plans across internal manufacturing sites and external co‑manufacturers.
Develop and maintain supply plans that balance capacity, inventory, service, and cost objectives across planning horizons.
Execute deployment decisions to align inventory positioning with network strategy and demand variability
Purchase and manage raw material supply for co‑manufacturing and internal semi‑finished goods production to ensure availability aligned with production schedules.
Execute Material Requirements Planning driven purchasing activities, including purchase requisition and purchase order creation, rescheduling actions, and exception management within defined decision rights.
Collaborate with manufacturing and operations planning, sales and operations planning, plant scheduling, co‑manufacturing partners, and procurement to resolve supply and material constraints.
Monitor and manage supply and material risks, escalating systemic issues and recommending mitigation actions.
Ensure planning parameter accuracy, including lead times, lot sizes, safety stock, and sourcing, in partnership with master data and systems teams.
Support inventory health objectives, including excess and obsolete inventory management, phase‑in and phase‑out activities, and product lifecycle transitions.
Provide inputs to sales and operations planning and material planning cycles, including scenario analysis and trade‑off evaluation.
Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and adoption of automation within planning processes.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field.
Three or more years of experience in supply planning, material planning, or manufacturing environments.
Experience with Material Requirements Planning, supply planning, and inventory management principles.
Proficiency with enterprise resource planning systems and Microsoft Excel and Teams.
Continuous improvement mindset and effective system utilization.
Experience working cross functionally and with external suppliers.

Compensation
Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
