Responsibilities:
Support the CFO Office in day-to-day operations (also provide support to other Board members if required)
Assist in preparing high-quality, decision-ready management information by coordinating input from cross-functional stakeholders, consolidating contributions, and structuring content clearly
Contribute to ad-hoc analyses and management reporting (e.g. KPI tracking, scenario comparisons)
Support projects through desk research, synthesis of findings, and preparation of concise, executive-ready outputs
Prepare material for leadership communication
Quality-check deliverables prior to senior review (figures, labels, versioning, formatting)
Build, maintain and continuously improve standard reusable templates
Support meeting planning and logistics
Qualifications:
Enrolled student (minimum 3rd semester), preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Data/Business Analytics, or a comparable field
First practical experience in analysis/reporting, consulting, finance, or strategy (e.g. internship or working student role)
Very strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
Very good command of both English and German
Structured thinker with a strong attention to detail and a high level of reliability
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
High sense of responsibility, flexibility and strong commitment
