Job Description:

Lead the channel marketing execution for automotive maintenance and full fluid products, translating product features, maintenance scenarios, and channel needs into effective sell-out and marketing programs to drive product penetration and business growth.

This role requires strong understanding of automotive maintenance and full fluid products, consumer maintenance behaviors, and workshop operational models, while closely collaborating with Sales, Product, Supply Chain, and related teams to drive channel business performance. The role is also expected to develop into a high-potential channel marketing talent with strong business acumen and market insight.

  • Design channel marketing and sell-out programs based on product features, maintenance scenarios, and channel/customer needs.
  • Drive sell-in and sell-out management, monitor business performance, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Support development of product portfolio offerings, service bundles, and in-store activation mechanisms.
  • Gain deep understanding of workshop operations, service fulfilment processes, and consumer maintenance journeys through market visits and field engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Supply Chain, and Training teams to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, channel dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Educational background

  • University degree in Marketing or related discipline
  • MBA or equivalent post graduate degree desirable

Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive ancillary fluids or automotive aftermarket industry with:

  • Strong product knowledge in transmission fluids, brake fluids, and maintenance/cleaning products.
  • Experience in product strategy, channel marketing, Trade Marketing, or GTM-related roles.
  • Familiar with sell-in/sell-out management and channel business analysis.
  • Good understanding of workshop operational models and consumer maintenance decision journeys.
  • Hands-on experience in GTM planning and channel execution.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management.
  • Experience in automotive aftermarket, service chains, or channel-driven businesses is preferred.
