What You'll Be Doing
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform timely repairs.
- Stick and Mig welding in all positions
- Oxy Acetylene cutting
- Operating heavy equipment as needed
- Aiding in plant operations as production demands increase
- Inspect, adjust, and replace mechanical components as needed.
- Collaborate with plant leadership and maintenance teams to support operational goals.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and follow all safety procedures.
What Are We Looking For
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and work instructions.
- Commitment to working safely and following established protocols.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working in various conditions.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- This is a night shift position.
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

- $21.00 to $30.80 per hour
